I had a pleasant stay at the hotel in Playa America. The rooms were small but clean, and the location was perfect for me with easy parking and nice rooms. However, the size of the rooms might be a bit tight for some. The hotel was conveniently located near a supermarket, which was a great advantage.
The hotel is just one block away from a beautiful beach, making the location a major highlight. The rooms, although cozy, lacked a bit of space with no double bed and no window, utilizing a shared balcony without air conditioning or a fan. The overall service was decent, with amenities such as housekeeping and laundry available. The location, with proximity to a supermarket and the beach, was undeniably convenient, but lacking air conditioning can be a downside. The dining experience was pleasant, offering homemade cake bites, but with limited choices. The hotel makes up for its room shortcomings with a prime location near the beach and other attractions.
I couldn't have asked for a worse view, and the lack of privacy was a big issue, but having a balcony facing the beach was a huge plus. The extra bed in the room was convenient, and enjoying the balcony with a sea view was a highlight.
